طراحی ساختمانها در برابر زلزله آیین نامه 2800

پیشگفتار

نخستین بار در سال 1367 تهیه شد . براساس « طراحی ساختمان ها در برابر زلزله  آیین کار » استاندارد پیشنهادهای رسیده و بررسی و تأیید کمیسیون های مربوط برای سومین بار توسط مرکز تحقیقات ساختمان و طراحی ساختمان ها در برابر زلزله  » مسکن در کم یسیون های مربوطه مورد تجدید نظر قرار گرفت و با عنوان 84 مورد تائید قرار گرفته /4/ در 121 کمیته ملی استاندارد ساختمان و مصالح ساخ تمانی مورخ 26 « آیین نامه است، اینک این استاندارد به استناد بند یک ماده 3 قانون اصلاح قوانین و مقررات مؤسسه استاندارد و تحقیقات صنعتی ایران مصوب بهمن ماه 1371 به عنوان استاندارد ایران منتشر می شود.

برای حفظ همگامی و هماهنگی با تحولات و پیشر فت های ملی و جهانی در زمینه صنایع، علوم و خدمات، استانداردهای ملی ایران در مواقع لزوم تجدیدنظر خواهد شد و هرگونه پیشنهادی که برای اصلاح و یا تکمیل این استانداردها ارائه شود، در هنگام تجدیدنظر در کمیسیون فنی مربوطه مورد توجه قرار خواهد گرفت .

بنابراین برای مراجعه به استانداردهای ایران باید همواره از آخرین تجدیدنظر آنها استفاده کرد.

در تهیه و تدوین این استاندارد سعی شده است که ضمن توجه به شرایط موجود و نیازهای جامعه، در حد امکان بین این استاندارد و استانداردهای بین المللی هماهنگی ایجاد شود.

HOSPITAL INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM EDUCATION MATERIALS

The following educational outline was developed to combine a national perspective regarding emergency preparedness activities with specific information for developing a hospital-based emergency management program. It includes a summary of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) training courses provided by FEMA’s Emergency Management Institute (EMI) and the HICS Learning Modules featuring key information extracted from the HICS Guidebook. The intent is to improve preparedness and response capability through community integration and assist hospitals in implementing a compatible emergency management program within their own facility or healthcare system.

Before beginning the HICS Learning Modules, it is important for students to consider first completing the EMI Courses to gain a broad understanding of community preparedness. Course selection should be consistent with the student’s responder position(s) on the hospital incident management team as outlined in the hospital Emergency Operations Plan and NIMS compliance guidelines.
